About these terms

These terms apply when you use this website or order from ПРАЯ 25 ООД (UIC 208300037) ("we", "Torti OMea"). Contact: +359 87 957 400, tortiomea@gmail.com, Production workshop, Lyulin 5 MR. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not limit any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

Ordering

• Orders are placed by phone. The cake list on this website helps you choose; adding cakes to the list on the order page is not an order.
• An order exists once we confirm it to you. We then need 3 working days to prepare it.
• We may decline an order, for example if we cannot make the cake for the date you need. We will tell you.

Prices and payment

• Prices are in euro and are shown per cake size (8 or 12 slices).
• Prices are final: ПРАЯ 25 ООД (UIC 208300037) is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to them.
• We confirm the total and discuss how you will pay when we confirm your order. Online payment is not available yet.
• We may correct an obvious price error before we confirm your order.

Delivery and collection

• Delivery in Sofia costs between €10 and €25 depending on the area and timing, and is confirmed when we confirm your order. It is free for orders over €100.
• You can collect your order free of charge from: Production workshop, Lyulin 5 MR.
• Please make sure someone can receive the cake at the agreed time and place. Cakes are fresh products and should be kept as advised when you receive them.

Allergies

Our cakes may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, gluten, nuts and other allergens. If you or anyone eating the cake has an allergy or intolerance, tell us before you order and ask us about the ingredients.

Right of withdrawal

Under consumer law, the 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Our cakes are fresh, perishable products prepared for your order, so once an order is confirmed it cannot be withdrawn on those grounds. This does not affect your rights if a cake is not as ordered.

If something is wrong

If your cake does not match your order or has a defect, contact us as soon as possible on +359 87 957 400 or tortiomea@gmail.com, with a photo if you can, and we will put it right in line with your statutory rights. You may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (kzp.bg).

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Bulgarian law, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the version that applies to an order is the one on this website when you place it.
